Did you recently receive a Review Summary from us, and are looking for more detail? You've come to the right place.
Our review service is one of the most valuable parts of what we do. The review is a reminder that insurance is not "set and forget" and policies work best when they evolve with changes in your life.
Each year, we touch base with clients and send a summary of your policies and premiums. These are meant to give a high-level overview of what is in place to protect your family. However, the summary may differ from the renewal notices sent directly to you by the insurer - for example:

The timing of when you receive our summary and notices from the insurer may cause some confusion. Our summary figures would reflect current levels of cover and premium amounts, which may be increasing in the upcoming weeks due to policy renewal anniversary. Note our summary includes policy commencement dates to help determine when your policy renewal anniversary will occur.

Child trauma cover is not always included in the summary as these are generally an added option to an adult policy. Our summary is limited to listing core benefits.

Recent updates and all policy features may not be captured in our summary.

If we are not the servicing adviser for any of your listed policies (i.e. a policy held with an Industry Super Fund) we are unable to access up to date information from the insurer or Super Fund without your permission. Our summary provides a handy reminder of these policies, however will only include the last known information we have on file.
Whilst the summary is enough for the needs of most clients, you may need more information. If you do, we are happy to help. We can organise a comprehensive schedule that details all your policies upon request. If you prefer, we can catch up for a review meeting, to talk about your latest news, future plans, and then determine how your policies fit into the picture.
